When she was just 16, she took to the roads of Mexico and toured with the Grossmont Guitar Ensemble. She also began teaching guitar at the International Music Center in San Diego, California.

Currently residing in Phoenix, Arizona, Colleen was part of the opening act for country music legend, Ray Price, at the Celebrity Theatre in Phoenix. She also performed one of her songs, “Letting You Go,” in the upcoming Danish documentary film, “A Boy Named Joshua,” by Zentropa Real Films (owned by Danish director, Lars von Trier, who directed "Dancer in the Dark" starring Bjork).
